ColorFlowPro (“we”, “us”) provides AI-powered brand identity generation. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data — your email, name, and authentication identifiers, managed by Clerk.
- Brand kit content — the prompts you submit and the generated outputs (colors, typography, logos, brand voice). Stored to your account so you can revisit and export them.
- Payment data — handled entirely by PayPal. We never see card numbers. We retain only PayPal subscription IDs and status to enforce your plan.
- Usage analytics — anonymized page views and feature usage via Google Analytics 4.
How we use it
- To generate brand kits via the OpenAI API (your prompts are sent to OpenAI to produce outputs; OpenAI does not train on API data).
- To enforce subscription plans and send transactional email about your account.
- To improve the product based on aggregated usage patterns.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share with the following processors only as needed to run the service: Clerk (auth), PayPal (billing), OpenAI (generation), SendGrid & Mailgun (email), Google Analytics (usage).
Your rights
You can export, edit, or delete any brand kit from your dashboard. Email support@colorflowpro.com to delete your account or request a full data export.
