These terms govern your use of ColorFlowPro. By creating an account or generating a brand kit, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use ColorFlowPro. You’re responsible for the confidentiality of your login. One person per account.
Subscriptions
Free includes 1 brand kit generation. Creator ($12/mo) includes 5 kits/month. Studio ($29/mo) includes 20 kits/month. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds.
Content ownership
You own the brand kits you generate, including AI-generated logos. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process them solely to provide the service. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using your generated brand commercially.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use ColorFlowPro to generate illegal, hateful, or trademarked-without-authorization content.
- Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the API.
- Don’t resell access to your account.
Limitations of liability
ColorFlowPro is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee uptime or that every generation will meet your expectations. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
